How does delivery work?

We currently offer various delivery methods.

  • Packages under 15kg or .2 cubic meters.
    • Harare and it's immediate surrounds - Delivery via messenger - $5.00
  • We use Swift or Over Night Express to deliver to the rest of the country.
    • The cost of this delivery is calculated on a per order basis.

How does ordering work?

Once you have placed an order on our site. You will receive immediate email conformation.
Easyparts will then contact you via email to confirm order, delivery and payment options.
Once your order is confirmed and delivery and payment methods agreed, we will send you a pro-forma invoice via email.
If Bank Transfer was chosen as the payment method. The goods will be dispatched with a fiscalised Tax Invoice to your
chosen delivery address once funds have cleared in our account.

Returns Policy

  • Wrong supply

If Easyparts supplies incorrect parts, e.g. The part on the invoice and the part supplied are not the same.
We will replace that parts at our own expense including the transport charges incurred, under the condition that the wrongly supplied part and its packaging are unused and undamaged in any way.

  • Correct Supply

If Easyparts supplies the correct part as per the invoice and upon delivery, the customer discovers they have ordered the wrong part, Easyparts will still replace the part but it becomes the customers responsibility to bring the part to one of our branches or arrange shipping at their own expence.
All correctly supplied parts returned will incur a 10% handling fee.

  • Electrical Goods

Due to the nature of electrical goods. Some electrical goods will require a delay in exchange as we need to test these goods before receiving them back in to stock. Goods in this category include but are not limited to, Light Bulbs, Thermoswitches, Temperature Sender Units, Condensers, Fuses, Relays and Fasher Units.

How do I update my details?

You can change your delivery address at checkout. If you need your billing address changed, or your delivery address permanently updated. Please email us with your email address and phone number used in registration and your new address details.
DO NOT SEND US YOUR PASSWORD. We will NEVER ask you for your password. If you are ever asked for your password, please contact us immediately with the details.

How do I cancel an order?

You may contact us by phone or email to cancel an order at any time BEFORE we commence delivery. Once the goods have left our premises we will consider the order supplied and charge accordingly.

How do I become a trade or dealer?

We are always interested in expanding our distribution network. If you feel you qualify for Trade or Dealer discounts.

How do I open an Account?

We currently do not offer accounts to private individuals.

With regard to corporate account requests, due to the current economic environment in Zimbabwe, it is unlikely we will offer 30 day credit facilities. However, there are exceptions to every rule and if your company has a proven track record, we may offer you 30 day credit. Please contact our accounts department through our Contact Us page.

We currently offer the following:
  • Bank Tranfer
  • Cheque ($500max) - To approved companies only.
  • COD Payment - Up to a maximum value of $300 per order / delivery.

We are working towards accepting V-Payment and EcoCash payments.
Notification will be sent to all registered customers once this is complete.

Where is my order?

We will notify you via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived in the agreed time frame, please ***phone us***.

How does website pricing work?

Our system recognises your username and password and displays the correct pricing for your customer type.
Retail customers will see retail pricing, Trade customers will see Trade Pricing and Distributors will see Dealer Pricing automatically.
All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

I am a Dealer / Trade Customer, how do I see my correct pricing?

All new user accounts on the Easyparts website default to retail pricing.
If we have not given you a username and password already, please contact us with your username and telephone number used to register and we will update the site to display the correct pricing for you.
Once we have updated the site, you will need to close your browser and log in to our site again for correct pricing to display.

The site looks terrible, what is wrong?

We have designed our site to work with all the latest versions of the worlds most popular web browsers.
If our site looks jumbled or broken in some way. Please try upgrading your web browser software.
Easyparts is tested with the following web browsers

  • Chrome Version 17 and newer.
  • Opera Version 14 and newer.
